The participants will be introduced to the concepts and techniques of Project Management. This course is meant for Developers, Team Leaders and Project Leaders who have been taking up the project management responsibilities informally. The objective of this course is to create awareness of the formal techniques of Project Management and to bring about uniformity in their usage.
