Delivery

For physical delivery Minimum 05-10 working days are required to deliver the material from the date of receipt of Purchase Order along with 100% advance payment through DD/Cheque subject to realization.

Warranty

These above said items will carry – sixty (60) days media warranty against any manufacturing defects/workmanship/faulty material from the date of delivery/installation.

Shipping & Handling

Freight & Forwarding for delivery outside Bangalore @ USD 35.00 per package will be charged extra.

Installation

These product prices do not include Installation of software.

Training

These product prices do not include Training for the software.

Support

Kasshku will provide one year FREE Technical support through Email, Fax, Phone and Online.

Updates / Upgrades

Kasshku will provide one year FREE Updates / Upgrades of its products only on showing the proof of purchase to all its customers from the date of purchase.

Customization

These product prices do not include Customization of the software.

Ownership

These products are owned and the property of Kasshku Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore.

License

These products are not sold but Licensed to use. They are available in Single Machine, Single User License and Multi User Licenses as applicable. Check License agreement for more details.

Disputes

All Disputes are subjected to Bangalore Jurisdiction only.
